Age Verification Policy

This policy explains how playflareworld.com restricts access to people aged 18+, how we may verify age, and what happens if an account is underage or suspected to be underage.
1) 18+ access only
Our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to access and use the site. If a higher minimum age applies to a specific gambling product or jurisdiction (for example, some land-based gambling in New Zealand may have a higher minimum), the higher age requirement applies.
2) How age-gating is implemented
- Age prompts (e.g., “I am 18+”) and/or date-of-birth entry during sign-up or access.
- Automated checks that flag inconsistent or high-risk account signals (e.g., mismatched details).
- Manual review where appropriate.
3) When we may require verification
We may request age verification at sign-up, before enabling certain features, before withdrawals, or at any time we reasonably suspect an account may be underage or information may be inaccurate.
4) Verification steps and acceptable documents
If verification is required, we may ask for one or more of the following:
- A clear photo/scan of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport or driver licence).
- A selfie (or short liveness check) to confirm the ID belongs to you.
- Proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement).
We use verification information only for compliance, fraud prevention, and account security. We may redact or refuse documents that appear altered or do not match account details.
5) If you are suspected to be underage
- We may restrict access, suspend gameplay/features, and pause withdrawals while verification is pending.
- If you do not complete verification within a reasonable period, the account may remain restricted or be closed.
6) Underage accounts (restriction/termination)
If we confirm an account is under 18, we will close or permanently restrict the account. Transactions may be voided where permitted, and any handling of deposits/withdrawals will follow applicable legal and compliance requirements (including anti-fraud and identity checks). We may also retain records needed to demonstrate compliance.
