Terms of Service

1) Entertainment-only simulated gambling

The Service provides simulated casino-style gameplay for entertainment only. No real-money gambling is offered. You cannot win real money, cryptocurrencies, or prizes of real-world value through gameplay. Any “wins” are virtual and for in-game use only.

2) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Service. If you are under 18, do not use the Service. We may request age verification and may suspend or close accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3) Accounts

• You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping login details secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Do not sell, share, or transfer accounts.

4) Virtual currency & virtual items

• Virtual coins/credits/items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money or anything of real-world value.
• We may modify, reset, or remove virtual currency/items, including for balance, technical, or policy reasons.
• Except where required by New Zealand law, virtual currency/items are not refundable.

5) Optional in-app purchases (if offered)

If we offer purchases, they are for virtual items only. Payments may be processed by third-party platforms and are subject to their terms. All purchases are final except where refunds are required by applicable New Zealand law.

6) Acceptable use

• No cheating, bots, automation, exploits, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content or conduct.
• No attempts to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, graphics, content, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

9) Suspension, termination & changes

We may suspend or terminate access (including virtual currency/items) if you breach these Terms, for security reasons, or if required by law. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
